Projektinfo

We plan to interview El-Cid, a Boston activist and former member of the communist guerilla movement in Iran. His narrative will be documented for two purposes. Firstly, to realize the virtually unknown history of the communist guerilla movement in Iran. Secondly, to interrogate the repressive instruments and regimes of state power/knowledge in contemporary United States and demonstrate the thin boundaries between "democratic" nation states and authoritarian structures.
