For International Women's Day
Sat 08.03., 11h
On the morning of International Women's Day 2025, we invite you to a feminist warm-up. At the exhibition talk "A Feminist Perspective" we will discuss the exhibition "Mapping the 60s. Art Histories from the mumok collections", we will discuss institutional discrimination (ableism, classism, heteronormativity, racism, sexism). We will reflect on the significance of intersectional approaches for queer_feminist critique. Last but not least, we will exchange views on queer_feminist demands and concepts. With and on works by Jo Baer, Chryssa, Sine Hansen, Corita Kent, Kiki Kogelnik, Germaine Richier, Bridget Riley, Carolee Schneemann, Miriam Shapiro.
