"Your body is like an orchestra, you need to tune each part of it before starting to play", Ismael Ivo used to say this phrase during our warm-up in class or behind the scene. We have spent 11 years by his side and loved this concept. So, in this class we would like to celebrate this incredible maestro and all he taught us. We use this idea of re-tuning the body before starting to move, connecting and then playing with rhythm, movement and contemporary dance.
