ABOUT THE EXHIBITION "TILLA DURIEUX"
In a comprehensive show, the Leopold Museum for the first time explores the fascination that Tilla Durieux already exerted on her contemporaries and traces this dazzling personality through portraits across all media. Hardly exhibited archive material as well as international and national loans provide a comprehensive insight into Durieux's career, her social and artistic environment, and her life, which was marked by political upheavals.
