TQW DOC Winter Term 2019/20

TQW DOC is an interdisciplinary, interuniversity post-grad forumon the subjects of choreography, performance, body, art and politics at Tanzquartier Wien. In the redesigned library in the Studios, TQW provides time and space once a month to network with colleagues from other disciplines and other institutions. Besides exchanging methods and conceptual work on terminology, those attending can present their own research projects and put them up for discussion.

So far, the following have signed up and/or have been involved in devising the event: students from the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna, the University of Applied Arts Vienna, the University of Art and Design Linz, the University of Salzburg / Dance Studies and the University of Vienna, as well as from Belgrade, Bratislava, Berlin, Hamburg, Helsinki, Stockholm, London and Giessen.

On Mon 7 Oct there will be a presentation by Christoph Chwatal on Forums, Assemblies, and Arenas: Knowledge Production in Contemporary Art Practice and Theory (working title)
