The winter season at the MQ has always been characterised by its atmospheric pre-Christmas ambience. This year's programme includes concerts, Live DJ-Sets as well as the MQ curling rink and Winter Race. The restaurants Café Halle, Café Leopold, Dschungel Café, MQ Amore, MQdaily and MQ Kantine will spoil visitors with punch, mulled wine and winter snacks. The setting was created by designer Robert Rüf Stefan Kainbacher.
The MQ Forecourt will be decorated with four large Christmas trees sponsored by the Österreichischen Bundesforste (Austrian Federal Forest Office).
At MQ Point you can buy unusual Christmas decorations and gifts, such as the MQ annual pass, and collect lots of shopping inspiration every day until 19h.
Live-DJs every Tue & Thu 18 – 22h

As part of the MQ Charity Punch, the feminist choir – consisting of and open to women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary, trans and agender people – femchor will be performing at the MQ. The choir stands up against patriarchal structures, sexism and discrimination of any kind that prevent people from leading a self-determined and equal life.
11.12. Panik Deluxe
Music for dance-crazy, hysterical, sad night owls - that's how Panik Deluxe describe their music. Their sound bridges the gap between electro and gothic, industrial and pop.
18.12. Lou Asril
An unmistakable style that reflects the spirit of the times and wants to develop with and on it - this is what characterises Lou Asril's music from the very first moment. The basis for his musicality is his classical piano training and early stage appearances, right up to winning the prestigious Joe Zawinul Award at the age of 17.
04.12. FARCE
Veronika J. König alias FARCE swapped black metal and punk for the computer as a teenager and attracted attention across Europe with her experimental pop music. After appearances at major Austrian festivals and successful releases such as ‘Heavy Listening’ and ‘Trauma Bounce’, FARCE has inspired audiences with her sophisticated sound and international collaborations. Her current album ‘Not To Regress’ from 2022 moves between feminist avant-garde and queer up-and-coming talent.
