Experience the museum outside regular opening hours and take the opportunity to immerse yourself in the paintings with Yoga Nidra.
To begin, we arrive in our bodies with gentle Yin Yoga and then travel together in meditation with our eyes closed. At the end of our journey, we open our eyes and look at the paintings in a deeply relaxed way, perhaps with a whole new perspective.
