29.07. to 02.08., 12 – 13.30h, workshop for children between 8 and 12 years, dance, karate, tai chi, kickboxing
It's all about kicks and speed!
We learn to be fast, but also very slow, like ninjas: stealthy, powerful and unexpected. The workshop starts with a mixture of simple karate, tai chi and kickboxing exercises. Then we will work on coordination and experiment. Finally, we will kick and dance to summer hits!
