27.11. to 01.12., immersive dance installation, for children from 6 months to 2 years

Schimmer is an immersive dance installation for babies and their grown-ups that stimulates sensory perception through dance, light and rhythm. Inspired by the experiences that children have with light and movement while still in the womb, "SCHIMMER" invites its young viewers to discover a world of soft sounds and bright colours. The project combines dance, light art and live percussion to create a unique environment in which babies can actively interact with their surroundings. The VRUM Performing Arts Collective continues its exploration of performing arts for the very youngest, creating a landscape that invites them to discover, feel and linger.

With the world premiere of SCHIMMER, the VRUM Performing Arts Collective is organising a four-day playtank from 27 November to 1 December entitled VERKÖRPERTE VERBINDUNGEN - choreographic and performative methods in dance for a very young and neurodifferent audience.
