The Alegado Movement Language reflects a dedication to establishing our relationship to the earth and to our roots, necessary to anchor our freedom of movement. His desire is to have the participants experience this connection as well as how they can discover the very important transitions of weight in order to empower their movement. Coordination, rhythm, focus and, above all, authenticity in movement will be some of our goals.
The Public Moves dance classes take place outdoors every day. More than 170 international and local instructors teach everything from yoga to Bollywood dance to hip-hop in free outdoor classes. No previous experience is required, all ages and levels are welcome!
Registration is possible one day before the course starts from 11h. via the calendar or by telephone on +43 1 523 55 58-19. If a course is marked as "fully booked", it is still possible to get a remaining place on site. It's worth coming along!
