ImPulsTanz: PUBLIC MOVES

Daily, outdoors and free of charge! At Public Moves we will once again be dancing outdoors from 5 July to 5 August: more than 90 internationally renowned teachers will impart their knowledge with you – from Yoga to Bollywood Dance to HipHop in 128 free outdoor classes at five locations. Every age and level is welcome!

Katharina Meves - Contemporary Dance

Wed 13.07., 18.30–19.45h; registration starts 12.07., 10h

The class is conceived as a soft action movie – a set up for holding on to a “tenderness in being” as our body takes various shapes. Referring to working methods and creative practices of the company Liquid Loft we’ll move our way through a series of warm up exercises into choreographed sequences and simple improvisational propositions to play with. We will explore how our body and voice can support, contradict, inspire and shape one another.
