Public Moves: Alleyne Dance "Afro-Fusion"

In this session we will explore how dancing is a way of making sense with the senses. Through different improvisational exercises and practices that tune into, turn up, sharpen, or emphasise various senses and sensibilities in movement, we will find out together what our dancing "modybinds" have to teach us. All levels welcome!

The Public Moves dance classes take place outdoors every day. More than 170 international and local instructors teach everything from yoga to Bollywood dance to hip-hop in free outdoor classes. No previous experience is required, all ages and levels are welcome!
