Sat 21. to Sun 29.09., highlights and anecdotes from 20 years of DSCHUNGEL WIEN to join in and play on

DSCHUNGEL WIEN opened two decades ago. With its extraordinary productions, it has inspired generations of young people and families in Vienna and quickly gained international attention. To mark its 20th anniversary, we are presenting current positions in the performing arts for young audiences and celebrating the achievements and successes of the last 20 years.

The MUSÉE SENTIMENTAL DE DSCHUNGEL WIEN is being created for this purpose: Artists and partners have been asked to donate an object to the theatre that tells of their very personal relationship with the DSCHUNGEL WIEN.

The museum presents the highlights and anecdotes of recent years as love stories. Among them will be love-hate relationships, break-ups, farewells, missteps, failures and new beginnings. Under the motto ‘A love story’, the exhibition tells the story of the theatre and invites children, families and school classes to join in and continue the play.
