Alwin Lay 's presentation at Sternenpassage explores the complex relationship between reality and staging. Lay skillfully manipulates objects, alienates photographic tools and uses them to blur the boundaries between foreground and background. Lay's work encourages us to examine the relationship between stage and object and to take a look behind the scenes.
