A group of young people embarks on a foray through contemporary Austrian history. Who fought for the rights we take for granted today? Why do some topics disappear into history and only reappear decades later? And why are there still so many construction sites on the road to equality?

The museum is the place of negotiation. The group fights its way through the endless flood of data, wrestles with the objects on display and tries to immortalise itself in this place. The confrontation with the past is sometimes enriching and sometimes painful, because it inevitably leads to the question: And how should we act now for a better future?
