What course do we take?

Hannah and Arik are sailing across the sea. They want to go to Nauticai, where people live without states, borders and papers. An old cat, who has lived on the boat longer than they have been in the world, becomes their captain. On their journey they encounter ghost pirates, get caught in a storm and find a stowaway. A hermit crab provides them with a new sail, lantern fish show them the way out of the rocky sea and the stowaway - a rat - has an extraordinary compass that shows them the way to Nauticai. Will they succeed in reaching the secret city? And what life will await them there?
