One night. One party. Strange acquaintances. Lonely people in Lost & Found and a mineral water rush.

A chance encounter between two women who are somewhere between everything and themselves. Alone at the party to see that others are also lonely in the face of the collapse of the inner and outer world. Both in search of meaning, a way forward and vegan hot dogs without onions. A surface in between, inside, outside, in front of and behind them - a sometimes abstract, sometimes concrete projection that captures them, envelops them, guides their stories. Their conversations.

In KARDIA, text and projection enter into a dialogue and attempt to fathom the human heart in all its complexity. The heart that reconnects with us and balances across the thin ice of doubt and uncertainty towards liberation. A liberation from fears, addictions, toxic relationships towards a new day after tomorrow.
