Guided tour: A Few Degrees More
FREE ENTRY, EDUCATION, ART
"A Few Degrees More" - A few degrees, dramatic effect: The Leopold Museum hangs selected paintings by Klimt, Schiele and Co. at an angle to draw attention to climate change. The world-famous landscape paintings were deliberately placed at an angle to draw attention to the dramatic effects of global warming in the wake of climate change. After all, even a sustained rise in temperature of just a few degrees can drastically worsen our quality of life. Under the motto of the warning campaign "A few degrees more", the Leopold Museum, in cooperation with the Climate Change Centre Austria (CCCA) - one of the leading authorities in the field of climate research in Austria - illustrates the sometimes catastrophic effects of just a few degrees more temperature on the environment.
