Geschöpfe der Nacht: biodiversiy show
EDUCATION, DANCE/PERFORMANCE/MUSIC

Halle E, 19.30h
"Creatures of the Night” is a delightful excursion into another world. The multimedia and transdisciplinary event invites us to marvel and takes us into the wonderful world of nature. Bats in flight, insects at eye level, nature sounds and synthesizer beats to impressive film footage create a common vibration. With art and music as an emotional engine, a unique mixture of scientific lecture and techno set is created. The biodiversity show is presented by its inventor Dominik Eulberg, who gives an optimistic outlook on how we can really take meaningful action to protect nature.
Eulberg's journey through the world of bats, which he created on behalf of the Johann Strauss Festival, will have its world premiere in Vienna's Museumsquartier on Bat Day. In Eulberg's show, insights into the loss of biodiversity and possible solutions become surprising impulses to rediscover the beauty and sophistication of nature in the middle of a club night.
German DJ and biologist Dominik Eulberg is one of the most sought-after techno musicians in the German-speaking world. He has also become a star outside the music scene with the topic of biodiversity. In his unique biodiversity shows, he puts the topic of biodiversity in the spotlight. In addition to his musical career, he works as an author, developer of nature awareness games, ambassador for nature conservation organizations and as a guest scientist at the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin.
