Actually, Mila only wanted to get a new string for her kite. But in the attic she comes across a very strange door. Not only can it talk, but it also has a special secret: every time you open it, something new appears on the other side. It can lead to a room, but also to a forest, a fair, another planet, the desert or the water. Unfortunately, the door itself cannot determine where it leads and which people and beings appear behind it. That is why it has been banished to the attic. But Mila understands that. Because she too sometimes has emotional outbursts that come out of nowhere and that she can't always control. And so begins an adventure together.

With a lot of theatrical magic, imaginative play and dialogues and songs that are as funny as they are poetic, colourful worlds, quirky characters and new friendships are created in a short time. After the "Zauberflöte" at the Burgtheater, director and composer Nils Strunk and author Lukas Schrenk now dare to create a musical play for everyone from the age of 3.
