"Desires & Fears" explores the profound impact of the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine on the lives of five Ukrainian women, offering a very personal and honest look at their struggles, hopes and resilience. The stories are shaped by the individual experiences of the actresses, who interweave their own truths with the collective experience of living in a country at war. Their intimate monologues shed light on the silent struggles within and without. It is not only a documentation of war, but also a testament to human strength, showing how life goes on even in the midst of incredible trials.

"Desires & Fears" becomes a mirror for the audience, inviting them to reflect on their own vulnerability and resilience and to share their thoughts after the performance.

After the performance, the audience is invited to an open discussion. This post-performance dialogue offers space for reflection, questions and the sharing of thoughts inspired by the play.
