Yoga meets museum
The pictures of his yoga classes have gone around the world, he holds trainings and workshops around the globe and is now also known as a podcaster with his wife Holly:
Named Adam Husler, he has taught his unique, undogmatic style of yoga in over 60 locations in 20 countries, filled with a fascination for anatomy and a desire to ask the question "Why?".
Adam will begin the workshop with a deep, controlled vinyasa practice designed to explore restricted parts of the body at a depth we rarely explore, through long postures and dynamic movements.
Once the physical body is relaxed, you are invited to lie under a blanket and completely unwind as Holly guides you into a deeper state of peace. Holly will take you on a journey full of ethereal sounds.
