Inspired by 90s alternative, 80s synth pop and 70s folk, Sakura leads you into dreamy and distorted soundscapes. Of Japanese and Chinese descent, she was born and grew up in Hongkong. After a long time in London, she now lives in Vienna, redefining indie rock with a mix of social and political themes, as well as emotions, heartache, and everything in between.
