In the framework of Vienna Art Week 2020, What, How & for Whom / WHW (Ivet Ćurlin, Ana Dević, Nataša Ilić und Sabina Sabolović) – the curators of Shadow Citizens – will be joined by Želimir Žilnik for a conversation about his life and career.
For the exhibition at Kunsthalle Wien Museumsquartier, WHW bring together Žilnik’s iconic shorts from the beginning of his career alongside feature films, film excerpts, and documentary material, thus covering Žilnik’s entire oeuvre and its critical and public reception over the years.
