To avoid being made into a pair of gloves, the miller's cat promises the youngest son of the recently deceased miller that he will make him famous. All he needs is a new pair of shoes, for “clothes make the man.” With his new boots he sets off to turn the poor miller's son into a superstar using his sales talent and silver-tongued eloquence. But the path to the top is strewn with detours and obstacles to be overcome, and in the words of Napoleon: “Those who know from the start exactly where they're going won't get very far.”
With plenty of music and humor from director Paola Aguilera in her new interpretation of the classic fairytale, this is not only a story of a mismatched pair on the road to fame and fortune, but also one of courage: anything can be achieved if you believe in yourself!
