Nina Buchner: Remembery

In a scientific experiment, a flatworm on its way through a labyrinth is confronted with a terrible realization.

Nina Buchner, born in 1988 in Wiener Neustadt lives and works in Vienna. Her comics are self-published or published by micro-publishing houses like House Books. Her works are populated by anthropomorphic (soft) animals and fruits (Planarians, Slug, Kung Fruit). The protagonists not only have to quarrel with everyday tristesse, but are also confronted with existential questions. Nina Buchner was already represented at the Jan Arnold Gallery at the MQ in August 2019 with the exhibition "Kung Fruit".
