The new production \"Theatre\" by the international cast of the artists\' collective SUPERAMAS develops on the basis of historical as well as topical crossover points. Here drawing on the Renaissance painters and their use of perspective meet the concerns of the developers of 3D computer technology in the 21st century, stories of the sultans in the 15th century Ottoman Empire meet the escapades of the rulers of the western world in our time.

\"Theatre\" plays with the framework and the reversal of perspective, a portrayal of the world in which the illusion of politics develops through the politics of illusion. You play truth and untruth, navigate between reality and virtuality, and in the process constantly attempt to keep politics and the image of politics separate. Or to mix the two with one another even more. The audience will in any case have the opportunity to see clearly, because the performative and media tool-box will be opened in front of everybody\'s eyes.
