Christmas is near and once again there\'s a flurry of excitement among the 24 fairy-tale figures occupying the Advent calendar.

What happens the whole year behind the closed doors of an advent calender? Christmas is approaching, and all twenty-four occupants are preparing for their big appearance: the meringue cooks are stirring honey milk, the Snow Queen is being dressed by the Brave Tailor, and Mother Holle is already shaking out the down blankets for the first snow. And then the little doors open one by one and Christmas is here ...
