Markus Hinterhäuser (pianist and concert director of the Salzburg Festival) talking about Cy Twombly: \'What touches me about his pictures is their tenderness and delicacy, the vulnerability and simultaneously the self-assurance, his knowledge, his great power. And then there is this poetic quality in Twombly, which is really poignant; this quite extraordinary rhythm between sculpture, photography., painting and drawing.\' After the concert you have the opportunity of viewing the exhibition until approximately 10 pm.
