Gastdesignerin im April: Annuschka Kahriz

Annuschka Kahriz studied fashion design at Studio Berçot in Paris.

Since ever then lives there where she collaborated with diverse designers such as Bernhard Willhelm and Mélody Wolf.

Her summer collection 2009 with fresh colourful light dresses and knitwear pieces is inspired by the free and dreamy spirit of Lee Miller from the 30’s and by the sensitive atmosphere of the paintings by Elisabeth Peyton. Her clothes are a modern mix of thin and heavier materials and play with transparency in a poetic way.
