Thanks to the generous support of Francesca Habsburg, daughter of Baron Hans Heinrich Thyssen-Bornemisza, the LEOPOLD MUSEUM proudly presents a selection of classical modern artworks. The paintings are exhibited as long term loans on the Museum\'s top floor since June 2007. Presented in the very midst of the Museum\'s permanent exhibition, 14 masterpieces of Expressionism, Cubism and Russian Constructivism emphasize the significance of international classical modern art for the Leopold Collection. Amongst the artists shown in the \"Thyssen-Room\" are Xenia Ender, Ernst-Ludwig Kirchner, Frantisek Kupka, August Macke, Emil Nolde, Karl Schmidt-Rottluff, Arthur Segal, Gino Severini and Marie Vassilieff.
