Statement der Künstlerin:

Slideshow which will be presented at From beyond.inc is the beginning of my new audio visual project. The idea of this work was born during my residency in MuseumsQuartier Vienna. All photos has been made in Vienna, and most of them was made in artist studio where I stayed last two months. In the first contact with the space of studio I was “shocked” because of its sterile feeling and bad acoustic conditions, especially for wind instrument as saxophone (only one place I could practice was small “room” in between main space and bathroom :)). But in one moment the studio started to be inspiration for myself . I found there lots of different details which becomes a new independent story and then I started to explore this and series of photos has been took. That was beginning of new project.

The slideshow is the first step in developing the project. As I am musician – first of all – so it is very natural that I compose music for visuals and this is also in progress.


Together with main project presentation I will also show series of photos inspired by body of the city. For me this photographed objects are essential part of city’s landscape, and I treated them very seriously :).
