My period in Vienna during last October at MuseumsQuartier was full of inspiration as I was in the middle of the process of my new film "S" launched in February at MASP, São Paulo. "S" is about a subterrain world where a kind of peripheric community uses the body language as a communication tool.
In that sense the choreographic pieces "Screens" by Ian Kaler and "Gala" by Jerome Bel both presented at TanzQuartier during my stay had an important impact on my research.
The exhibition "Sex in Vienna" organized by Wien Museum also offered to me an interesting panorama of representations of desire and brought some body related ideas to the film I was working on.
Is important to say that LGBT's meeting points like Marea Alta and die Villa had an special place during my stay.
